No president does the job without consulting with experts on whatever subject is being considered. It would be impossible for one person to be thoroughly knowledgeable on all domestic and foreign issues, as they are complex and change from day to day. When a decision needs to be made, I would hope that the president would consult with experts on the situation, not just one but several, and then make the decision he is required to make.

I realize that Trump often didn’t do this. I am aware that the experts he met with often reported that he didn’t read reports and didn’t pay attention in meetings, and usually did whatever he chose, even when unanimous advise told him to do something else.

This is considered by some of his supporters as being a macho, shoot from the hip type of guy, their kind of guy. The literal result of that kind of mentality is often shooting off a couple of toes. Figuratively, it means making it your top priority to kill whatever Obama put into place, including the agency that might have prevented Covid from getting out of the Chinese province where it originated

When the Media turns on Biden, Then you lost the voters who put him office.

“Run away, RUN AWAY”! All rats, abandon the Biden boat! Thing is, Biden has such a high cringe factor that it’s getting stressful to the media reporters. When Biden tries to speak impromptu and goes into a nonsensical word salad even I feel sorry for the guy.

To be fair, President Trump also has a fairly high cringe factor, but it’s nothing like Biden’s. Trump may have an occasional gaf and misremember something at times, but this pretty much falls in line with other presidents, Bush, Obama, Clinton etc. President Trump’s main problem is he will say something of which he knows the context (and those who know his speech patterns), but which his political enemies will purposefully take out of context and place in the most unfavorable light. His supporters know what he means and the context, but they get the cringe as they know what the left wing Democrats will do with it.

Joe Biden called a college student a “lying dog-faced pony soldier” when she told him she had been to a caucus. She responded “Joe Biden has been performing poorly in this race, his inability to answer a simple question from a nobody college student like me only exacerbates that reality.”

That was a dumb comment by Biden four years ago. What does it have to do with 2024?

I love the evidently-popular phrase, “when the media abandons Biden”. They’ve abandoned him in many ways over the years, mostly to try to find a “both-sides” argument when only one of the presumed candidates is reprehensible.

For example: Biden is old. Biden is old. Biden is old.

Okay, when do we hear how old Trump is?

Also, consider that certain media outlets have been created solely to “abandon” anything the Democratic party has to offer, and have been doing so continuously for years. They’ve gotten really good at it.

How many Fox commentators noted that the FBI “informant” who was so important to the Hunter Biden impeachment hearings (I know, but they might as well be) was detained and arrested for fabricating his testimony, and that he has admitted to connections to Russian propaganda? Oh, right, none.

This is how the media “abandons”. Sad!

First smart thing the media did in four years!

Are Republicans trying to cover for their own candidate becoming more unstable and melting down, or are they grasping for anything left since the “informant” telling them of Biden “corruption” was found to be making it all up?

Media can’t hide Pedo Joe’s mental deterioration anymore. It’s too obvious whenever he shuffles across a lawn or floor or answers questions live.

Pedo Joe won’t debate Trump, not because it will give Trump ‘legitimacy’(the new media narrative), but Joe would be on a world stage and everyone would see an old senile man yelling at kids to get off his lawn.

And Trump would only have to say a few things to set it off.
