Don’t worry, kids. Everybody out here loves all of you inside your amazing, fantastical box. And more than a few of us wish we could join you and fly with Hammy and his adorable butterflies!

We all feel “boxed in” at times. It’s kind of like wondering what is the Universe IN? Or if it’s expanding, what is it expanding INTO?

Most of us live in a box. Your box is far more expansive than mine; yours is only limited by imagination. Mine is limited by obligations, time constraints, and budgets.

I hate when cartoonists cop out and draw strips that point out they are cartoon strips. Boring

Reminds me of how some theoretical physicists think that all of reality is a hologram.

One of the things I loved about the Burns and Allen show (look it up kiddies) was that George lived outside the box. i.e. He was aware they were doing a television show and would go watch it to find out what they weren’t telling him.
