    Phone Book was very useful but was never replaced with a digital version. Shame on the phone companies.

    At 32, I don’t think I ever used the phone book for its intended purpose, but it was handy for drying autumn leaves. And we still have a kitchen drawer called “the phone book drawer,” although it hasn’t held one in well over a decade.
