I can make do with as small as 240 × 160. That’s the pixel resolution of the Game Boy Advance!

    3840x 2400 doesn’t cost that much more.

Two screens, 1920×1080 each, making a total of 3840×1080.

Would depend on the screen size, wouldn’t it?

This strip was first published in 2003, if I’m reading the copyright notice correctly. I think 1024×768 was pretty standard back then, although some people with slightly older computers would still have had 800×600. I think 1920×1200 was still very rare at that time.

800 × 600 is all you need to make regular size prints

I like the “chick” on the magazine named CHICK that Paige is reading.

Taint the size that matters, it’s the aspect ratio!

    (That one is rather antiquated)

I loved my 1920×1200 monitor. Then it died and I went looking for a replacement. I found that a 1920×1080 was less than half the price. :-(

C’mon, Jason, think big; even then you could have dreamed of 7680 × 4320.

Wow, how technology marches on. My screen is 5120 × 2880, though I use at effective 3200 × 1800. Just how old is this particular cartoon, anyway?

Anyway, that’s my resolution, and I intend to stick to it!

Here we are in the future and still monitors can only do up to 1900 × 1080.
