They are celebrating by going swimming in the lake today.
I googled it, and it was actually on October 21. Broomie appears to be about 3 weeks behind the times.
According to today’s “Next Door Neighbors”, it’s also National Pickle Day.

I’ll stick to spaghetti.
Do any nation’s besides the U.S. and Canada have National [Whatever] Days? I’m sure somebody must, but I have to ask.

GO FISH!
I’ve heard “The Flight of the Bumblebees” before, fut this is the first time I’ve seen “The Dance of the Earthworms”! Happy day, guys!
What does that make it for the fish?
Careful there guys…keep popping up like that and some alert fisherman will scoop you guys up and use you for bait…
Oh look! Jumping fish bait…
“Today is national earthworm day.”
Is it also national sport fishing day?
Zap those invasive jumping worms, Broomie!

“The worms flip in, the worms flip out, they’re so excited, they want to shout.” ㋡

Looks like the early birds slept in today.
National Earth worm day, Followed shortly there after by Fat Robin day.
Day by Dave says it is National Nursery Rhyme Day.
Who cares. Seriously! Now if it was national doughnut day, get put of my way. ☺️
My girlfried said, it’s my day…
And coincidentally National Feed a Robin Day!
The robins in my neighborhood loves my sprinkler system. It’s an all you can eat buffet on my lawn!
