They are celebrating by going swimming in the lake today.

I googled it, and it was actually on October 21. Broomie appears to be about 3 weeks behind the times.

According to today’s “Next Door Neighbors”, it’s also National Pickle Day.

Do any nation’s besides the U.S. and Canada have National [Whatever] Days? I’m sure somebody must, but I have to ask.

The robins in my neighborhood loves my sprinkler system. It’s an all you can eat buffet on my lawn!
