So close…………….
Story of my life
Yeah? Well I want to …nah. at 85 I probably couldnt.
Achieve achievable goals. Etting.
Oh, the list of things I want would probably hit the maximum length for GoComics Comments, so why bother.
and a true best friend doesn’t judge you for it
At first I thought he was wanting to “run” one, as in organize it!
Seagull seems to be hiding behind the beanbag chair, so they must be in Wallace’s room.
Spud! I love the wordplay!
That’s exactly how I feel about the Appalachian Trail.
He could if he had a Nintendo Wii
I want to be the first. Man on Mars. I win…..
Tsk tsk the youth of today.
To dream … an improbable dream …
To fight … video game foes …
To bear … an ennuisical sorrow …
To run … at a slow walking pace …
To right … all the things I have left …
To love … pure Amelia from afar …
To try … but my arms are too weary …
To reach … the unreachable jar …
This is my quest, to open that jar …
No matter how effortless, no matter how far
The look of disappointment when an athletic acquaintance realized my bike is electric assist. At my age I prefer to exercise at home where it’s safer
Even better. Wallace has much more experience at wanting things (like finding Bigfoot) than he has at actually running marathons
He wants to “have run” a marathon. Big difference.
Spud for Prez! (he talks like a politician)
At over 40 and with genetic joint problems, WALKING a marathon is more my speed. I have been doing the Gourdy’s Pumpkin Run for a few years now. I can do it anywhere and post my time after I get done.
They don’t give you a metal for “running” a marathon. They give you one for finishing. Periodically walking is permitted and recommended.
nice
Oh yeah. I guess you CAN decide to WANT something.
