Remember the PEANUTS episodes where Lucy was concerned about the earth getting worn down?

And when you are two or three years old, doing that makes a lot of sense.

How are the Canadians doing with all these fires and smoke? Here in NJ (Right next to NYC) its horrible! Sun is a beet red, and it looks like a scene out of Stephen Kings the mist!

And making those garbage cans heavier. Which will lead the trash collectors’ union to demand higher salaries, which will mean higher taxes for “Aypo’s” parents.

From Lynn’s Comments: When I was a single mom, I went out with some very nice men. This happened on a picnic date. My son was putting rocks into a garbage can and my friend said, “Whatcha doing, Aaron? Making the world lighter?” I didn’t stay with the man…but his sweet comment stayed with me.

Kinda like when Professor Chaos tried to “flood the world” by turning on a garden hose and just letting it run.

Oh oh! If this keeps up I’d hate to be the poor garbage collector who has to pick up the Patterson’s garbage can today!

Talk about irony; a strip released on the day Canada is the world’s biggest polluter.

Well crap. I’d very much like to know why, but I’ll probably never hear the answer.

What happened to April’s head? The last time we saw her she used Elly’s scissors to make her head bigger! :)

There should have been one more strip about Anthony, Dawn and Elizabeth, which could go like this:

Elizabeth walks into the classroom with a smug, content look

Elizabeth{talking to herself}: “I am so glad everything is back in joint with Dawn and Anthony. If you cannot make friends and get a boyfriend, what the point of school?”

    Blackboard: GEOGRAPHY TEST TODAY

Elizabeth’s mood changes fast, as her mouth opens up like the drawer of a cash register realizing she spent so much time on Anthony she forgot to study!

No, because the garbage can is still on the Earth’s surface. You’d have to send matter into space to have that effect—and a whole lot more than those few stones to make it noticeable.

Ah, the wisdom of a toddler. The ability to understand very basic concepts but not put those concepts to practical use. Enjoy it while it lasts April, for now is when unicorns not only exist but they can fly.

Little cutie pie, you need to throw some politicians in that bin to make the earth lighter, I guess.

Having studied geology, the rocks eventually subside into the earth’s mantle, where they are superheated into magma. The magma that is not erupted through pyroclastics will rise again to the earth’s crust and cool back down into sedimentary rock. The process recycles itself.
