I think I'm one of the few remaining rational and reasonable Republicans left.
Buffalo here … we don’t seem to have that problem much up here. 1 inch of snow or 3 feet of snow, roads will be open and people will be move accordingly. We do have the occasional problems when visibility gets down to 20 feet or less but otherwise I guess people up here just learn how to deal with it, 4 wheel drive or not, winter tyres [sic] or not.
For some reason my thoughts went to the Jaberwocky … “Twas brillig, and the slithy toves Did gyre and gimble in the wabeAll mimsy were the borogoves, And the mome raths outgrabe.”
@hermit48 … not too mention the higher prices we pay for all the extra trump taxes … errrr … higher tariffs that we pay on all the imported goods. Oh wait … I think Mr Trump mentioned that China would be paying for those higher tariffs.
It’s difficult to leave it up to us … especially when the current office holder is trying to abuse his power to swing the next election in his favor.
Sorry Earl … “sprinkles are for winners.”
Shouldn’t her coffee cup just have a straw in it?
None of those are forks. If it has three tines it’s a trident, forks have 4 tines.Sheldon Cooper agrees with me … “Three tines is not a fork. Three tines is a trident. Forks are for eating, tridents are for ruling the seven seas.”
Zebrastripes … you are blowing this way out of proportion. The Federal estate tax (what you call a death tax) is currently only placed on those individuals that have an estate valued at more than $11.4 million. That works out to less than 1% of all the taxpayers in the US. Does that concern you? It doesn’t bother me … well maybe a bit. I wished it would affect more US taxpayers.
Ketchup and swiss cheese … yuck! Everyone knows that you go with mustard and swiss cheese. mmmm … grey poupon …
