Less than 30 charges? That’s nothing.

Without Andy the judge would probably have nothing to do.

Can they, in the UK, sentence Andy to a ’Work Farm"? Or would that be a too tough a sentence for Andy?

the pols get validation by passing laws; most of them are petty and not enforced. I have to think that if all the laws were enforced 50% of the citizens would be in jail or awaiting trial.

HIs jail time keeps him sober.

Funny he never seems to get jail time as a chronic recidivist with an apparently very lenient judiciary
