In my case, mom does it.

We look forward to “Overlay” clothing that is holographically generated, eliminating the need for washing and drying of actual cloth materials.. Make sure your power backup is secure, to avoid embarrassing incidents while in public!

Dad does it. That and I don’t wear anything but a nightshirt unless I’m leaving the house.

Keep after it. I use a seven day cycle. Never understood people doing laundry once a month.

It’s just me. I toss my clothes in the washer every day until Saturday. On Saturday, I toss in a laundry pod and start the machine. It’s not rocket science.

I suggest three bins: white, colors, delicate. When a bin gets full, wash it.

Also, many wash things too frequently which also accelerates wear. Undies after every wearing, yes, but most clothing items can be worn more than once before washing unless the wearer is getting very sweaty or soiled. Many outer layers like jackets and sweaters won’t need laundry or cleaning more than once or twice a season. Always exceptions for spills and accidents, of course.

BTW, whose clothes are those anyway, the neighbors? There’s no way you’d fit in that dress, and it would be illegal for you to wear those undies, there decency laws..

My shower and laundry are right next to each other. I don’t have a dirty laundry basket, i use the washer tub for that. When it’s full, turn it on. EZ.

You might have trouble keeping up with your laundry, Aunty, but all your loyal readers are grateful that you apparently had at least one outfit left to wear for today’s comic.

My dryer died and I was without one for almost 2 months. I am catching up. My usual is to do a load when the basket is full. No excuses. I keep a separate basket for towels, as they can be rough on some clothing.
