It’s important work. Don’t let other dogs get you down.

Heck, he doesn’t even get to roll around on them.

You’d think that it would impress her more than the other types of police dog work. Being a dog…..

… and the magic is gone.

I had a friend over for a Christmas party one year, (about 45 years ago) who happened to be an RCMP officer. Another guest introduced himself and asked what he did for a living. “I’m an undertaker,” he said. The other guest immediately walked away and I turned to him and asked what was that about? He said: “If I admit that I’m an officer, I end up hearing bad cop stories all evening.”

He didn’t finish the line:

“I’m a cadaver dog… and I find your body… amazing.”

Those dogs are amazing. Out church dates back to before the American Revolution, and the Historical Society has been doing a lot of work on the property. We weren’t sure where the original cemetery was, so they brought in cadaver dogs – and found the location of bodies buried almost 300 years ago.

So what, no sniffing the butt! Yip yip yip yip yip

Cadaver dogs do good work.

She afraid this cop doggie will digs up her past.

She’s dead set against that. :)

Not a chick magnet profession it seems….

If I didna see the purse, I woulda thot differenly…

I used to get that kind of treatment when I’d tell the gals I worked for a mortuary/cemetery.
