Life’s a beach, isn’t it.

Monty & Moondog sure get into some serious hijinks! Sometimes they’re stranded on a tiny desert isle, sometimes they find themselves lost in the desert.

Ah… but remember what the kids said in 3rd grade:

If you’re starving in the desert…

Just eat the sand which is there.

Should have stayed on the sofa today.

One man’s pile of sand is another man’s castle.

That’s what it feels like sometimes walking from the parking lot to the beach.

Smart place to build a sand castle – no worries about the tide. (But where did the artist get the water to make the sand cohesive?)

All this drama and they are on a beach. Just go to the ice cream stand.

Well at least this time, Monty has some company for his trackless desert survival crawl. New Jersey is not for the weak and faint-hearted.

Just a couple of goons on the dunes.

You have to consider this a rather forced perspective. :)

I`d say they were pretty close to civilization..

Just find the kid who built the castle. He’s probably just over the crest of the sand dune, surfing on his iPad, and he can call you an Uber.

So is that one of the CA lakebeds that dried up but hopefully getting refilled by storms lately?
