There’s a chapter titled “Peak Selfishness” in Email From the Future : Notes from 2084, by Michael Rogers. The book is very intriguing speculative fiction, looking from the narrator’s past (right now) to 2084, when most of the globe is practically utopian.

From the “Peak Selfishness” chapter:

I worry about the radicalized republican nuts less with Trump in prison, than with Trump not being held accountable of all of the crimes he’s committed. He just can not be allowed to keep getting away with his criminal behavior.

Graham has left the world of sanity a long time ago.

It’s remarkable and ironic that Lindsey Graham and Stephen Colbert come from the same southern state.

To me, the essential difference, Mr. Graham, between Clinton’s, and Biden’s “scandals” and Trump’s, is that Clinton and Biden have NEVER been shown to have committed ANY wrong doing in these matters—even after hours and hours of testimony by Mrs. Clinton, and aggressive GOP investigation of both, whereas Trump, pleading “the Fifth” all the while, (‘Only guilty people plead the Fifth’ said Mr. Trump once upon a time), was subject to a legally granted search warrant, AFTER several times prior refusing to willingly return documents, which FOUND all those boxes of illegally procured documents. YOU, Mr. Graham are here lying, and can easily be construed to be INCITING TO RIOT, an illegal act, and hopefully, will be brought up on charges for this.

A friend of mine pointed something out. When we failed to hold Nixon accountable for his actions because it might tear the country apart, we as a people put ourselves on this path. I think he is spot on. We must hold expose Trump and hold Him accountable. Also, we must do the same for any leader from here on in. I do not care if we impeach three presidents of different parties in a row. We must remind them they are the servants not us.
