Apparently people who take things as they are literally written are not allowed in this building. At least that’s the way it looks and sounds.

“Aloud”, as I learned it, refers to verbalization, or audible communication. It doesn’t matter the volume. So if the cats purr, or meow, at all, they violate the rule.

Yep. My cats annoy NO neighbors. My neighbor and his yipping dog can’t say the same thing, unfortunately.

Just claim they are support animals.
