    I guess I’ll mansplain, for those who aren’t getting the reference:

    In some circles it is now a common practice for trans, gender-fluid, and other individuals who feel uncomfortable with the standard gender designations to indicate (in emails and the like, and on name badges worn at conventions) not only their names, but also the pronouns they’d prefer to be used in referring to them, as in

    Dale Smith

    Pronouns: They/Them/Theirs

    or

    Leslie Jones

    Pronouns: Ze/Hir/Hirs
