Yesterday, I explained that I do not intend to issue spoilers but largely write what comes into my mind. Two commentators suggested that I put more thought into my comments to avoid spoilers. That is certainly good advice and I will try to follow it.

Although I sometimes unwittingly issue spoilers, I do put some thought into my comments and some people have congratulated me on some of them.

Like a lot of people today, to avoid reality in their life, they delve into their work, or a hobby, and even binge watching TV or play video games. But soon comes to realization, you can’t run from truth, reality and yourself. One day, one must pay the piper.

I have always hated that quote. Nothing has ever changed except when it was changed by someone who didn’t accept the “wisdom” to know that it couldn’t be changed.

I’d love to see a continuation of the story when Calvin and Susie Derkins. I’ve seen a couple of fan toons where this happens and Hobbs comes bad when Calvin gives it to a his son. So very cute and , man, we could use some of that love and fantasy.

How come Calvin knows so many words that kids don’t even use, but he doesn’t even know how to solve math problems?
