Good to clear that up

Do your bushy eyebrows cause you to see things that aren’t there? Maybe a bigfoot sighting.

Nelson was being tactful when he didn’t mention his Grandpa’s nose hairs.

That too.

With a little help from others, we can all find more aspects about our appearances that we don’t like.

That too!

My three year old grandson asked me during Christmas dinner “Grandpa, how come your tummy is so big?” I was taken aback by the forwardness and the innocence of the question, but I answered, “Because that’s where I put all of his momma’s delicious dinner”. His mom smiled but the look on his face told me he wasn’t buying it.

I used to be a pretty good looking guy. Now all I see is a scary looking old man in the mirror.

You just had to go there, huh, Nelson?

If he hates his curly hair that much his mother should just give him a #3 summer crew cut.

kids say the darndest things

Why don’t old men have their barbers trip their eyebrows? My husbands’ barber does.

I was determined not to be the old geezer with bushy eyebrows, hairy ears, etc. A decent beard trimmer with attachments solves those embarrassments.

When I hear “bushy eyebrows”, I think of Bull Curry, the old time wrestler. Google him…

Add that to the list……… the GROWING list.

Ah the things kids will say!

You know you’re old, when you think back, to that special occasion, and realize, I’m older now than, my grandparents were when we did that.

That kid is harder to get rid of, than a termite infestation.

This reminds me of the recently-repeated Get Fuzzy strip where Rob explains to Satchel that it’s “Don Quixote,” not “Donkey Hote.”

“Those other things are matters of great pride.”

I can hardly see Earl’s eyebrows. Nelson has none. Mine are starting to give Gandalf some competition.

Perhaps grandson could use some weights in his pockets so that he won’t be blown away by winds. He hasn’t learned yet appearance does not determine advantage versus disadvantage.
