While I lie around in my room all day
If it weren’t for chlorophyll, there would be no animal life on Earth. Those guys are the only ones that can convert sunshine to nutrition.
It sounds like a hard cell, here.
Soaking up those rays…
“Lying around” in the sun is how they work.
As the Chlorophyll absorbs almost all the light that hits them except the green – it seems to have made those other molecules (even though they don’t show it visibly on the outside) green (with envy) on the inside.
And the Chlorophyll Molecules break out singing: “It’s very easy being green. Getting to spend each day the color of the leaves …”
So those other guys must be saps
People see us having fun just a lying in the sun, we love to work at nothing all day….
and you should see them on St Patric’s day…!
They do good work: they DESERVE to lie around in the sun all day!

S-o-o-o-o If they can lay around in the sun all day and not turn red, maybe sunscreens should be green?
