I would say someone forgot.Where would we be without cartoonists? Thankfully Go Comics lets us select My Comics. My list includes beautifully drawn, clever, and start the day off right, or end the day.Thank you.

Anyone remember the old-time computer printer paper which came in a long, perforated sheet?

What I remember is the inch, (I believe) wide punch tape that ran beside my H.S. printer, which ran fan-fold paper. It got so I could almost translate the punch holes in the tape. Our H.S. computer class had it’s computer connection with the local university’s main-frame computer with a phone modem that looked like a shoe box that you placed the telephone’s headset in. I’d hate to think what the connection speed was back then. I don’t think that I ever did know it back then. But it must have been real slow by today’s standards.

Thank you to all of the nice cartoonists out there who alleviate our worries for a little while by being entertaining and creative in a constructive manner.

We had Line Printers that used that paper and there were files that printed artwork that took several pages, like black-and-white Playboy centerfolds.

I print my grocery list and sometimes my coupons list too. I save the lists and use the back side too.

Don’t think there is enough room on the fridge to put up all of those pictures.

The cartoons are important today, Rose. The official work can wait till the lot is replenished.
