Faux “News” the new Tokyo Rose of pro-enemy misinformation and disinformation.
Once upon a time, true conservatives stood against the Soviet Union and Russia. Even as late as summer of 2016, the official Republican Party Platform continued to have a plank opposing Russian aggression for invading Ukraine and seizing Crimea. Well, that is until Paul Manafort, paid publicist for Putin and other dictators, and chummy pal of Russian OILigarchs, quietly ordered it removed.
When Putin installed his own hand-picked shill to steal the 2016 election, he not only bought himself a White House, he also bought his own American branch of Pravda and Tass rolled into one.
The Putin regime is now “encouraging” Russian “news” media (government-controlled POOPaganda) to use more clips of Tucker Carlson.
As we’ve seen from intercepted documents, Russian state TV has a directive to showcase Tucker Carlson’s program to support their illegal war against Ukraine. I loath that “man.”
If Tucker Carlson had lived in Ancient Rome, he might have sat in the stands with Emperor Caligula, cheering on his slaughter of Christians in the arena. But oh, not slaughter — entertainment. (—
And here come the Qpublican Apologists to kiss Tuckyo Rose’s ass and claim that all of his obvious support for Russia and Putin is “Fake News” in 3…2…1…
Take it away, Oops-special, Squiggles, MontanaBullS#!T, ammosexualdisfunction, Et.Al.
I think Godzilla’s reply to Mr. Carlson would be similar to that of the Dragon to Lupine Wonse in Sir Terry Pratchett’s 1989 novel, “Guards! Guards!” “You have the effrontery to be squeamish? . . . [W]e were dragons. We were supposed to be cruel, cunning, heartless and terrible. But this much I can tell you, ape . . . We never burned and tortured and ripped one another apart and called it morality.”
Geese just show one instance in which he had actually claims to support Putin? Oh wait so criticizing Biden and Kamala is supporting Putin? I guess you all supported Saddam, Binladen, Ayatollahs, Chavez etc etc
t doesn’t require much intelligence to be a successful con artist or cult leader, merely a few extra IQ points over your victims. Traitor Trump is slightly less of an imbecile than the people who voted for him. Traitor Carlson is slightly less of an imbecile than those who fall for his lies, inanities, and insanities.
Look people, we have been through this crap before, and over and over. Do not reply directly to the Turd Reich trolls. Just don’t do it.
Trolls like LeonidNYC (New Young Communists?) just parrot what its handlers tell it to do. It never posts a legit source. It only follows the Turd Reich propaganda playbook rules of “Always accuse others of what you yourself are guilty”, distract, detract, disinform and misinform. It follows the party line of lies and cherrypicked facts to twist the issue.
Replying to such trolls directly only “fluffs” their little… egos, and furthers their whoring of imaginary points for internet comments.
Stop doing it, OK? It’s useless to argue with bots and trolls to begin with and just gives them a stiffy on their teeny tiny pencil stubs when you do. Keep that image in your mind before you think about replying to them.
Report: Russian media urged to promote Tucker Carlson ‘as much as possible’
“Tucker works to legitimize a lot of the Kremlin’s favorite talking points. And that’s not really an exaggeration,” says Chris Hayes discussing the Russian state media memo about the Fox News host. “The Kremlin itself sees Tucker as a useful asset, according to a leaked document translated by Mother Jones.”
Putin’s Nuclear Threats Are a Wake-Up Call for the World
He threatened any country that interfered in his invasion of Ukraine with “consequences greater than any you have faced in history.” He placed his nuclear forces on high alert and held exercises with them. And then he proclaimed that Western sanctions amounted to a “declaration of war” against Russia.
The fate of humanity suddenly seems to be in the unsteady hands of an isolated, frustrated, and potentially unhinged Vladimir Putin. And people are understandably panicked about that prospect. “The fact that there’s a very short path from, say, Putin feeling humiliated to the end of life as we know it,” the sociologist Kieran Healy wrote, “is literally insane.”
At this point of the conflict over Ukraine, the odds are that the Russian president’s threats amount to a bluff intended to intimidate and coerce his opponents in the West. But regardless of whether the risk of nuclear war has actually increased, Putin’s actions have opened our eyes to how dependent we all are on the whims—or even the missteps or miscalculations that fallible, emotional, semi-rational human beings make when moving quickly in crisis—of one man and his nuclear arsenal.
Our current predicament should, in fact, open our eyes wider still to the more profound problem of a similar susceptibility in the United States and other nuclear-armed countries—and to how few checks there truly are on leaders who decide to use the world’s most destructive weapons.
“I am become death, the destroyer of worlds.” J. Robert Oppenheimer was the scientific director of the Manhattan Project, the USA’s World War II program to develop the first nuclear weapons.

Does anyone remember when Jon Stewart went on CNN’s Crossfire when Tucker was the host, and blasted Tucker et al to pieces, telling them he was not “there to be a performing monkey”? Then he proceeded to rip them apart. That was such a wonderful event, and what caused CNN to end that show and let Tucker go.
