She won the primary by 57/43..

She then won the general by 75/25

Now if there had been rank order voting, and the 25 that went to the democrat had at least 71% making Cowan (her R primary opponent) their second, Cowan would have won. And that is what rank order voting does – gives a voice to political minorities.

And this would also apply to the Bronx and AOC (not that she even approaches MTG).
