Why hasn’t this happened yet? Before, during, and after Trump’s Presidency he has broken law after law.

The only way Pence could grant Trump a pardon is if Pence became President. But then, in order to accept the pardon, Trump would have to admit the he was not himself the President. I don’t think he’s capable of doing so.

Prison for DJT may not be the ultimate goal. However, preventing him from legally holding another public office might be. That and not making him a martyr to the far right.

Put him in a cell full of serial murderers.
