Hey, they returned it!

How did those two ever have a relationship?

It only has to be returned if it is found out…

Okay, I’m not a political sort of guy, but if politicians need a lot of money to run for office why are we surprised when they take money from anyone who offers it? Even if it’s people we don’t like?

There’s a simple solution: Just make it an act of treason to accept a single private dollar for any reason while serving as an elected official. Heck, we could go whole-hog and institute one charge of treason per dollar accepted!

Its too late to complain, the oligarchy is here and its not going away

With a name like Chase he should be strung up.

The only long-term answer to this fundamental flaw in the American political system is a Constitutional amendment declaring, in terms so crystal clear that even Anthony Kennedy couldn’t mistake them, that:

1) only actual human beings have human rights,

2) free spending doesn’t count as free speech, and

3) all aspects of campaign financing can be reasonably and fairly regulated by local, state, and federal laws, uniformly applied.

Truth and Republicans?

while no Republican ever did anything wrong . . .
