Hey, at least “election fraud” is a platform, which, perverse as it seems, is a step up from 2020, when the GQP had none!

Yeah. I get the strong feeling that the GQP playbook isn’t about actually proving the election was fraudulent, but rather giving the impression (to their believers) that ALL elections are untrustworthy (so you might as well just let the Right Wing Taliban take over).

Every time they say that, it’s an acknowledgement that they’re losing. They have no other message, nothing else to run on.

Pretty much it. According to Republicans, elections seem to only be "rigged? if a Republican loses. Which makes me wonder if it’s them rigging the elections, which would make them incredulous when enough people vote to make their cheating not work.

Of course, it’s the Republicans rigging election. goes a long way to explain why they would pass laws that would enable them to cheat out in the open.

Gov Abbott had another embarassing news conference trying to explain why he was demanding a “forensic audit” of a Texas county that Trump won. Abbott said he was sure the results wouldn’t change. When asked then why the audit he replied it was to identify fraud. When asked if he was saying Trump’s win was due to fraud Abbot became even more flustered and started talking about securing the border and then left the room.

Is that Rudy Ghoulliani’s son running for Governor of New York . . . but doesn’t live there?
