So she did get her scholarships at 2 colleges in 2 weeks…I seem to recall it taking months, at least. Very realistic…especially for a softball catcher with less than scholarship-level grades. The stint at the reform school probably is what pushed her over the top.

P3- There is more than one Internet Ninja in Milford tapping a few keys. GilPa and Mimi have carte blanc in Milford. Minimum work and coaching schedules, police protection, loyal henchmen and a lemming like community. And a lifetime supply of Oil of Olay.

My wife and I, at various points in our lives, received similar ultimatums from our respective families: do this our way or out you go. We both chose to take off within days, for good. Neither of us are on speaking terms with our families, much to their respective dismay, and neither of us were half as hotheaded and outspoken as CK. So you go, Mrs. Karenna, show everyone how it’s done. Just don’t go whining a decade from now how you’ve never met your grandchildren.

Is Gil wearing a long sleeved shirt that he rolled all the way above his biceps or a short sleeved shirt that he rolled above his biceps or did he actually buy a shirt with cuffed short sleeves?

As bad as today’s strip is, my only question is: “What small animal is Mom suffocating in P-1?”

As a casual reader, I’m wondering if the strip has always been this location-specific. I don’t remember the city of Syracuse ever being mentioned.

P1 – Mama K, stretching and limbering up before she administers a royal ass-kicking. Thinking, “I should have done this years ago!”

P2 – Ah, so that partially explains how they secured admission and scholarships and financial aid so fast. They had Thing helping them out.

P3 – Where the heck are they now? That isn’t one of their offices, it ain’t the Teacher’s Lounge, and it ain’t home. Are they at the library, showing support for Zane’s candidacy? Making the library a little less empty?
