Mine would much prefer the leashes. In a stroller it’s not possible to sniff things or back up to a bush to spray mark it while your human dies of embarrassment.
years ago my girlfriend brought home two kittens. One wouldn’t go outside, the other hated the indoors and one day never came back. But I can’t imagine either on a leash.
I can just imagine Mittens idea of a chariot for parading around the neighborhood. It would have fancy, tough blades on the wheels, and Stumpy in the back, with a long spear to impress the ladies, and snag any treats that happen to be lying around.
My cat and I were out walking in a quiet neighborhood where he could roam without a leash. He sat dumbfounded as a “meowing princess” approached from three blocks away in a baby stroller. I swear I saw him shake his head. :)

You would need a seat belt so you would not fall out. Bought you would enjoy that.

Cats in a carriage outside is the best way for a cat to be outside.

Our two Tonks hated it. They don’t want anything to do with the outside world!

Would Angie have to wear a chauffer’s cap while driving Mittens around the neighborhood?

Ok Mitts, but if you ride in a stroller you have to be dressed as a baby, you might lose a few “tough points.”

Really people-strollers for cats? If you are thinking of the cat then build them a catio to enjoy the outdoors as a cat would wish to.
