It’s not that, Your Honor. He’s crying because he impaled his elbows on those spikes ringing the witness stand.

Cannot let that Dramatic Arts major with thousands of student debt go unused when the opportunity arises.

Maybe to you, but my record has been spotless. Unblemished in any way, until now. My life’s work – wasted.

But it’s his 20th ticket. Impounded car, insurance cancelled, jail time. What’s not to cry.

The court will take a 5 minute break so the witness can compose himself..

Have you see what they charge for even a parking ticket? He’s crying because he knows what his wife will do when he gets home.

Best I remember… idiot who went to court to fight a parking ticket. Parked in the judge’s designated spot… and had his car towed away and impounded.
