I love the concept here. I stayed in an AirBnB with circular stairs last year. I hated it. I think the diameter of the spiral was about five feet. The steps were all wedge shaped and narrow. I kept banging my knee on the newels.
Looks more like a waterwheel. Trying to be fancy and eco-friendly.
In this case, at best, it’s an amusement.
Same ol’ run around
But are they worse than Escher stairs that are both ascending and descending?

He who goes around comes around.
“There would be one long staircase just going up,
and one even longer coming down,
and one more leading nowhere, just for show…"
- “If I Were a Rich Man”, from Fiddler on the Roof.
Reminds me of traffic roundabouts, which are to be avoided at all costs.
Looks like the modern corporate ladder. You keep climbing and end up where you began.
Don’t visit the Escher household, even if they invite you. You’ll never get out.
On the plus side – the home does generate it’s own electricity…

Their revolving credit accounts are even worse.
Round and round and round they go. Where they stop, I don’t want to know.
Never hire an architect with a lousy sense of direction.
Some ins are out.
