I’m fortunate here, in that I not only free-feed my 3 cats, but I feed all 3 from a common bowl. I have one big bowl, about the size of a large cereal bowl, that I fill w/Purina One kibble every morning and top off at night before bed or as needed. I know it would not work for everyone, but it has for us for almost 3 years. I have a 6 yr. old female tortie, and 2 males that are 4 years old. One of the males is a ginger tabby and the other a Siamese cross. They are all healthy weight. I give them a “lickable” treat in the morning, which is like a thin pate cat food in a pouch , and dry treats a few daily. They are generally healthy and active. I’ve checked w/my vet and they’ve said if it works, no problem. So I guess I’ll keep doing what I’m doing.
After yesterdays cartoon i ran out and bought a can of sardines.Icame home and ALL 3 of my cats turned up their noses.Boy, my garbage is gonna stink this week

All my cabinets have strong magnetic door latches. So it should take more pull to open then a house cat could produces.

The feline is spoilt brat alright. Gumbos can try bringing in the street cats once in a while.
