I’m only saying this because yesterday we saw a Thanksgiving Day Parade. Well Thanksgiving for the flock of 15 turkeys walking single file through our yard.

Nike is making some really small shoe sizes these days.

I remember once in a social 15k, there was a runner dressed as Gumby. I wasn’t feeling great, and thought “ok, at least I won’t be last, because I have to beat that guy”.

It took me 13km to catch him, and only because he was slow in the hills.

I’m thinking baggy trousers are a better solution than letting your wings atrophy.

Went on a 5K walk once with 4 yr. old grandson. A bus took us to the starting point. When everyone started getting off the bus, we had a moment when the 4 yr. old realized we were going to have to walk back. The bus ride was the fun part for him.
