Putting a hammer and sickle on the bear’s hat shows that Goodwyn’s nearly 30 years out of date. Russia hasn’t even been NOMINALLY Communist since late 1991 (and the tri-color flag replaced the Soviet flag a couple of days before the USSR was officially dissolved).

China, of course, is still NOMINALLY Communist, but that’s not why they’re a threat; their capitalists are eating our capitalists for lunch.
