I agree that there was probably some of this going on. Maybe enough to cause the outcome, but probably NOT the major reason for the outcome, which was basically that Ossoff and Warnock are simply much better people than the GOP candidates. And though they’re crazy (you’d have to be to run for office, imo) they clean up looking honest, honorable and in favor of helping the people of their state. Whereas neither of the GOP candidates had any of that going for them.

Georgia is evolving. They’ve learned that “left sided” corporations bring lots of money and jobs.

Georgia tried to suppress the vote, but couldn’t suppress enough. Which is good for America. The next few months will be rough, but after nearly 4 years we will be well into hope.

In two years, we need to vote, vote, vote again.

As ye sew, so shall ye reap. You’d think the “Christian”, “Bible loving” GOP would remember that. I’m surprised Rubio didn’t find time to tweet that verse out.

The because the guy overseeing the election, a conservative Republican, is and honest politician. Yes, they do exist.

Paxton has offered a one million dollar reward to anyone who can bring forth proof that the election was “stolen” Where is the proof?

So, Republicans defrauded themselves, Michael? Stuffed their own ballot boxes with Democrate votes? Had their own dead people vote, Democrat? Really, Michael? Dear reader, just remember one thing; according to Michael Ramirez, there is no such thing as an “honest election”. There simply must be cheating and fraud on one side or the other.

Fellow posters, perhaps I am wrong, but I don’t think Mr. Ramirez is pushing the idea that Election Fraud cost the Republicans the Georgia Senate runoffs. Instead, I think Mr. Ramirez is simply, and more importantly, correctly pointing out that vote total comparisons reveal that each Republican candidate received fewer votes in the January runoff than they did in the November general election, but that fact is being drowned out by all the Republicans yelling “Fraud”.

Analysts on both sides believe that these lower vote totals for Republicans prove Trump’s repeated claims of fraud and rigged elections turned Republicans off from voting.

Regular posters will know I don’t agree with much of what Mr. Ramirez publishes here opinion-wise, but when he’s being factual I will appreciate his sticking to the facts.

You could have just as easily put your own image in the cartoon, as you are one of the greatest spreaders of Republikkkan lies and disinformation.

Your boy tRump was probably worth a point or so in a close election to Ossoff and Warnock. The only fraud is the one currently occupying (and I use that word broadly) the White House. The vote took place in a traditionally red state in an election system run by Republicans. Thank God they were men of principle who put their Constitutional duty ahead of party affiliation, unlike the scum in the House and Senate that tried to disrupt the electoral process.

To be fully accurate, the words “fraud” should be in RED to denote the republican source of all lies and false claims in the matter.

With what the nation just went through, you’re beating this drum, Mr. Ramirez? You are complicit in continuing to foment sedition and rioting, shame on you.

This cartoon can be interpreted two ways.

1- The Republicans lost because the vote was fraudulent.

2- The Republicans beat themselves by repressing their own vote by constantly claiming fraud in the November election.

AND the turn out was at record levels. Face it, you lost because more people disagree with you than agree.

I’m going to read this as the GOP spent far too much time screaming about voter fraud that didn’t exist and far too little time trying to get the voters that did exist to vote for their candidates. This seems to fall in line with the notion that Trump really didn’t care about any election but his own.
