We are pulling off a post-Thanksgiving reunion of old school friends.

The bad news is that because of the pandemic means that the 50% or so who normally make it, won’t be coming this year.

The good news is that because of the pandemic almost everyone can make the video call.

We’ve decided that in the future, we will have two reunions: one real in the spring or summer and the other virtual during the winter.

guess this is one way of calling most of our supposed governing officials – Turkeys – They’re the only ones calling off get-togethers even as they throw parties and get-togethers for themselves.

Of course, being governing officials they think they can tell us what to do AND then NOT do it themselves as long as they can terrify you into submission of dying – either from the Chinese virus or from their throwing you in jail. js (you have the right and freedom – at least for now in the USA – to disagree with my opinion,(or I yours) however, any response of name-calling, intelligence shaming, and the usual stupid “I’m smarter than you because I say so” will be ignored for the infantile, mind-numbing aspect it is. If on the other hand, if you happen to be in southern Minnesota I will gladly buy you a coffee and we can sit down and exchange thoughtful dialogue about our world, the shape it is in, and how we get out of this mess. Love to hear your ideas on it. If you live somewhere else and I happen to get to your neck of the woods or you to mine let me know as I’d be more than happy to do the same – just don’t travel much anymore.

If that Turkey didn’t want them to get together for his sake, I don’t think he realizes that it means more turkeys eaten, not less.
