Poor conservatives. It must be tough when all the things you need to not talk about, because they just show how much worse your guy is, is all you can talk about.

Age? Nope.

Sexual impropriety? Nope.

Mental acuity? Nope.

Political experience? Nope.

Intestinal fortitude? Nope.

Courage? Nope.

Maturity? Nope.

Willingness and ability to debate? Nope.

It’s a good thing we don’t have smell-o-net, because the odor from this one would be too intense.

I’m actually in favor of no Presidential debates at all: One of the candidates would do okay, but might have a stutter or slip or so. The other would use the free air time to speak lies, sow discord and generally do things that are bad for the nation. But it ought to be The Mango Mistake who refuses. How could we goad him into doing that?

Li’l Mikey must have been raised in a fun house since he has such a distorted views.

Biden should just refuse to debate. Unless:

1. Trump releases his tax returns. All of them.

2. Fact checkers report on lies from either candidate during the debates, real time. Panel of fact checkers agreed upon by both sides. If no agreement, no debate.

I’m looking forward to seeing the debates. Stocked up on ‘poopcorn’ to listen to Trump. He’s been feeding us crap for years. I really want to see Kalama Harris and Mike Pence debate. She can ask why as Governor he waited so long to respond to the Aids crisis affecting Gays before praying to God for an answer. That was before knowing Trump was the “Chosen One”. The ‘I don’t recall’ answer may not be the correct reply this time. Tucker and Sean over at Fox Snooze have already declared the winners in advance.

I don’t really see the point of having debates between Biden and Dump. All Dump is going to do is lie, lie, lie and do it on a national stage. It would be good for Joe to take him down a few notches, but the best strategy for him might be to refuse to debate the Liar in Chief. Joe’s strategy till now has been to lay low and let Dump act stupid which is what Donnie does best. Joe could continue this laid back strategy all the way into the WH and start turning the county around.

Kind of funny, mlester, but more people believe Biden is more mentally competent than Hair Groppingfuror. Biden can’t have a battle of wits with someone who comes unarmed to the debates.

His narcissism keeps him from doing any prep – “Cuz I’m smarter than that guy.”, and his team only sees the world in terms of tired Fox News tropes, like pushing the evils of the ACA in pandemic, “fear the other”, and SOCIALISM SOCIALISM SOCIALISM. Biden could operate in a coma off deeper muscle memory of good government than Trump can even imagine, and if Trump goes in believing his own propaganda (which he will) it’s not even going to be close.

If Biden’s campaign really wants to a assured of a debate win, they would insist that there be no time limits of the candidates’ responses to the questions. Then step back and let Tiny talk and talk his usual prattle in front of a very bigly audience. Biden doesn’t have to say anything except “thank you”.

It won’t be a debate. Trump’s explosion of narcissism will make any rational discussion impossible. How does Biden prepare for this? Can the Democrats find someone crazy enough and unpleasant enough to play Trump’s role in the practice sessions? I suppose Biden could just let Trump rant and rave and then just calmly make his own statements.
