Trump says that he has been given great powers under Article 2 of the Constitution and that people should read it. He apparently tried to read it on camera but kept stumbling over the words. He said that it was like a foreign language.
I just Googled the number of executive orders signed by various presidents. Obama signed 276, while Trump has, so far, signed 180. However, Clinton has both of them beat with 364 of them.
