BTW, a group at UCSF has just put out a prepublication of work on a synthetic nanobodies that can be administered as a nasal spray to block the virus from being able to enter human cells. It can be produced in large quantities in standard cultures. Basically, it would do what the monoclonal antibodies from recovered patients are thought to do, but would be easier to make and use.
