Bob should have asked Rat when and where he was moving.

If I were Bob to put more distance between me and Rat I would move to another state. England, for example.

This is the traditional Neighbor Bob that Rat and many of us love to hate—the PBS scapegoat, since Paris isn’t….

Pick Rat up, cock leg, release forcefully in a forward motion. The game is called, “How much yardage can you get punting a rat?”

My annoying neighbor, the one with the barking dog, the 9:00 p.m. drum solos, and the all night wine parties, is moving tomorrow. Huzzah!

One individual kept a handgun in the house for protection, but his neighbor did not like that. The neighbor doxxed my friend, complained about him to the HOA, and generally defamed him to the rest of the neighborhood. So my friend placed a large sign on his lawn that read, "We are armed and WILL use whatever force is necessary to protect ourselves. Our neighbor (big arrow pointing to neighbor’s house) does not believe in firearms.

Bob needs to become a starring character in this strip. Enough with these walk-on bit parts. This menagerie needs a human.

Facebook has replaced the backyard fence, now the Nosy Neighbors just stay connected to look over your wall to see what you are doing.
