There seems to be a few things missing in the presidency with the EC’s decision to go with the populist political choice of an incompetent disestablishment candidate over the competent establishment candidate who the most popular votes. Perhaps we should not continue to make such bad choices or we could either eliminate the EC or reapportion the House and EC to reflect the current census rather than the 1910 census. Since when has the Coronavirus Task Force uttered a sound lately? Need to put a mirror under their noses to see if it will fog. If they say something is of importance, Trump will just turn around feed B.S. to his base that defeats having a Task Force.

Despite his public utterances regarding the COVFEFE-45 virus, leading too many MAGAts and other “patriots” to refuse simple measures such as measuring masks to protect others, he insists that all venues he visits for his “rallies” be sanitized to the highest degree and those who are to come in contact with him be tested 6 ways from tomorrow. Once again, he has built his own monuments to his cowardness and utter lack of compassion/empathy.
I am currently reading a book entitled The Next Pandemic, by Ali S. Khan, who was the director of the Office of Public Health Preparedness, with the CDC.
Bear in mind that this book was published in 2016. "It is possible that this strain of swine flu did originate in Asia; we don’t know. Either way, it drove home the point that no country can afford to isolate its public health system. it has to be part of a global public health infrastructure. You can’t get away with saying, “We’re the richest country in the world, We have good doctors and a solid health care surveillance system. We’re safe.” It just doesn’t work that way."
In the upcoming election, I think the phrase I will remember most is “I take no responsibility.” That pretty much tells me all I need to know. The same goes for any of his supporters up for re-election, as they take no responsibility for, and indeed, by their silence endorse the incompetency.
Anderson forgot to have masks on the task force. While trump won’t wear one (not pence), the smarter people that are around them will be wearing masks. That kind of defeats the image that trump and pence are trying to project about the pandemic
