I envy you your “live free” imagination. One part of enjoying your strip is to make up stories about how you came up with an idea. Pretty clearly, “Oh, I forgot my virus mask.” So simple. So concrete. Wow!

Come on Mark, enough with the Coronavirus already.

To quote my great-grandmother: “Well, I’m gonna have to think about that one.”

(Original context: visiting her on her 90th birthday, referring to the pictures in the lobby of the centenarian residents of her nursing home, and telling her, “Babci, you’re a kid around here!” It’s also the last coherent sentence I remember breaking through the Alzheimer’s.)
