They’ve allocated money for big and some small businesses with a little bit of payoff for workers and nothing for “middle sized” businesses. C’mon: $1200 for some workers? It’s a slap in the face.

And telling states to buy their own PPE but outbidding them on the open market? Actually stopping shipments to states whose governors he’s peeved at?

This is not a government. It’s a kakistocracy of chaos.

Do we still believe that only age and citizenship are enough for a person’s qualifications to be president?

Shouldn’t rational adult politicians agree to do much better than that?

Shouldn’t that be completely obvious to any truly patriotic American political party?

Or are political parties more corrupt than we should tolerate?

In this episode of “Bizarre Dreck,” Captain Shirk and Mr. Mock look to the unexpected separation of the two sections of U. S. Enterprise: The State Saucer Section and the Executive Drive Section. The Captain wants the whole Ship to go into Warp Drive, but the officers in the Saucer disagree. Mutiny?!

In the last three Democratic administration there have been Three indictment of administration officials.

There have been between 142 and 317 indictment of Republican Administration officials depending on how you measure.

The GOP has long stated that their goal is to shrink the federal government to the size where they can drown it in a bathtub. It’s becoming apparent that that’s what they actually intend to do. They intend to destroy all levels of government in the United States and replace them with a plutocracy. I’m sure they see the coming depression as their opportunity to do just that.

This image conjures up an image of the Captain of the Titanic saying, “It was only one iceberg. And just a tiny iceberg. Ships hit icebergs all the time. And we didn’t even hit it. It’s just a little scrape. We have it totally under control. Nothing to worry about.”

America used to have a team of scientists and medical personnel whose job was to monitor the news for any hint of an outbreak anywhere on the planet and dispatch a team to isolate it at its’ source. The Obama administration set it up after the Ebola scare, and it dealt with several other minor outbreaks after that. Trump cut the agency in his first budget. If we had functional leadership, we wouldn’t have to be worrying about when to reopen anything, because it would never have gotten here. We would be shipping supplies to China to control it over there

The USA has 4% of the world’s population and 33% of the world’s corona virus disease. This is due to willful Republican ignorance. If Trump had done the right thing in the first place 90% of the deaths would not have happened. Now this deadly disease is deeply entrenched in the USA, more than anywhere else in the world.
