When you’re mission is to overturn a constitutional democratic republic, eliminating Civics courses from curricula avoids the challenge that Republican parents would have in trying to explain to their children, why a “president” is behaving like a fascist dictator.
It’s like the old “chicken-egg” question. Regardless of the sequence, the lunacy is indisputable, so its genesis is fundamentally a moot point, a scientific curiosity awaiting a prompt and convenient autopsy.

Well, if you ever had any doubts that the current resident of the Oval Office was insufficiently prepared for the job, including understanding the US Constitution, the pillars of Federalism and the relationship between the State Government and the Federal Government, that was clearly on display during the Trump Show this week. ~ Hard to believe that he is so clearly unprepared temperamentally and intellectually for the job. ~ Of course, it will be interesting to see how the Attorney General tries to spin this one into a justification of the President as King. Perhaps there is a “dementia-clause” that we are all unaware of?
