I dunno. They didn’t take the Black Sox World Series wins away from them when their throwing games was found out. Why take Charlie Brown’s victory away over a nickel bet?
We note that Re-run was wearing a yellow shirt when his sister started harping on him and now we find that the shirt morphed into purple. Only in a comic strip!
