a few years ago they were resurfacing the room of my office building and forgot to turn off the air vents-so toxic fumes were being sucked into the building.

Pregnant women were sent home and the rest of use were rotated through the parking lot getting fresh air. I had a gas mask in the car but wearing it my boss said it might be more likely to cause a panic.

I started to think they were on KP duty.

I’m willing to wager that whoever did the coloring didn’t read the storyline or something. You’d think the boiling oil/tar would be darker.

I did “hot tar roofing” one summer while in college. It was a great job to inspire one to further one’s education.

I think they are tarring the roof.

I didn’t get it either. After reading all the comments-it’s too dumb or I am too dumb.

Since when sir Rodney started boiling oil or something else for purpose not related to war? Well maybe these are non conflict times.

After finally catching on (from the comments) that they’re pouring hot tar, it took me a while longer to realize that those guys are roofers, not the enemy.

It’s late and I’m tired.
