Why is it always hilariously funny when a woman hits a man, but an outrageous crime when a man hits a women? Watch any sitcom (e.g. Everyone Loves Raymond) and violence inflicted upon men is played for laughs. Where’s the nonviolent compassion, fairness and equality in our society?

Last night here in northernmost Maine it was beautiful outside. Fresh snow and a full moon….I could see for miles!

Perhaps he has a newspaper that is still worth reading, in whatever form it is available. Gannett bought our local paper, and it is now nearly worthless. I still subscribe to the electronic version, but it is a pale specter of what it used to be.

Anybody else notice the timing? Had a full moon last night!

A photographer with a long zoom lens on his camera had a bystander walk over and say “I bet you can see the moon with that?” To which the photographer pointing up to the moon over their heads answered, “Why? Can’t you see it?”

Bright enough to read, but you can still see stars.

I finally got this one! He’s making a joke about being able to read a DIGITAL newspaper by moonlight. And she smacks him playfully on the arm. Cute.
