I hope the next president actually works for the people and someone takes his tweeter away from him/her. Wouldn’t it be wonderful to wake up one morning and have real news not Trump in your face 24/7?
Well, “truth isn’t truth” anymore. And with Moscow Mitch as ringmaster of the All Aryan Party of Trump (formerly known as the GOP) Circus (formerly known as the US Senate), I fully expect “Just Us” to be fully served.
Yes – to protect him from the truthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtruthtr
Watch how fast the GOP will run from Trump when he loses in 2020. Every blood sucking congressman and senator will lie and say they never supported him. Traitors one and all!
Actually, yes we do remember what the Trumpian “Wall” was supposed to protect us from – all those bad, nasty “brown” people that are crashing into America from the southern expanses.
You may be forgiven for not remembering them because they ONLY come crashing across the border when Trump needs a distraction (have you ever noticed Donnie John never advances a long-term solution to said border crossings, just short-term ineffectual, ‘visual’ solutions – it’s almost like he doesn’t want to fix the problem, he just enjoys the “show”!)
Not even counting his 15,000+ lies, the list of impeachable offenses that the Scofflaw-In-Chief has accumulated is prodigious, encyclopedic, and his life’s “greatest” accomplishment.
These people are SO damn dishonest (dishonesty is hard-wired into their DNA) that it really doesn’t occur to them that at least some people are honest. That’s why Mulvaney publicly CONFESSED that Trump committed extortion in order to receive a bribe from an ally he was (illegally) BETRAYING, by withholding Congress-approved (and desperately needed) military aid. (It’s very sad to have to point this out, but withholding Congress-approved expenditures is a CRIME.) Mulvaney, in his confession, told us to “get over it”, and then was shocked, shocked, that a few honest people NOTICED that it was a confession of a CRIME. (Trump, of course, had already “confessed” in the “transcript” of his original extortion/bribery/betrayal phone call.) Exactly like when Trump committed obstruction of justice by firing Comey: his dishonesty is so complete, and he therefore considers it so normal, that he was completely baffled that he didn’t get the praise he was expecting for firing Comey. This would all be funny if it weren’t so tragic, both for the present and the future—unless honest people damn well rise up and DO SOMETHING!
It’s long been establish what a liar the guy is. I’m not sure why more time, ink, and electrons haven’t been expended in pointing out what a cheater he is as well.
Trump is actually the most honest and open president of our lifetime. He speaks his mind — impulsively, bluntly — is incapable and unwilling to speak in evasive, euphemistic, bureaucratic language. Honest to a fault, perhaps. An exaggerator, a boaster, to be sure. But essentially honest.

Epitaph – {a rhyme}
Here he lies, a-lying still
and forever to lie, … a-lying until
eternity comes to its end.
And his lyings he’ll Never amend.

The Impeachment Vote – {rhyme}
They ignore that they’ve given their oath,
the pledge that piously they’ve quoth
that the Constitution they’ll follow, -
- and instead in chicanery they wallow.
Ergo the RepCong’s noses’ growth.

That 6 page tirade should be grounds for impeachment in itself.. What a fine example of being presidential.

He’s Not Okey-Doke – {a rhyme}
Plentiful’s the evidence; – it suffices
to impeach for his plentiful vices.
Yet the RepCong has plentiful devices
to venerate this bloke
and to generate smoke
which hides that he’s not okey-doke.

Trump sez: “We need a wall. A big, thick, hard, tall, thrusting wall.”
Wouldn’t it be cheaper just to buy Trump some Viagra?
