I think Payne is in pain over the fact that Adam Schiff released the phone records of Trump lawyer Giuliani ( under investigation) Trump lapdog Nunes ( linked to several events and individuals under investigation) and Parnas ( Trump friend and suspect in several crimes, in custody) . Identities of criminals and suspects, unlike those of whistle blowers are not protected by law.

Investigating is NOT spying. Doesn’t Payne know that that’s part of the job of the Intelligence Committee?

Wouldn’t we have a better, more efficient, less wasteful government if the Democrats and Republicans had a momentary truce, fleshed out a mutually agreeable set of moral/ethical, technical requirements to hold federal office so that the incompetent (with no knowledge of math, science, technology, economics, etc) and corrupt or corruptible are ineligible to run for or hold office.

If we cannot do this we are no longer a nation, we should admit it, and should allow those who no longer believe in democracy and equal justice for all to peacefully secede and form their own nation(s). Having another bloody civil war is not worth it just keep those who don’t honor or respect the Constitution as part of the “United” States.

Then we could have political cartoons in all the new nations that are funny not bitter and hateful.

Payne is right; we must get rid of all law enforcement in America. Give Trump supporters black shirts and axe handles and let them do the job.

Is nobody concerned that schiff was able to get the phone records of a journalist who is not implicated? What’s to stop anyone in either party from doing the same under any pretense they can think of? This is not right.

He has not been spying, he and others have been investigating, and to some conservatives/republicans (who know there is illegal activity) that is creepy.
