I’m calling your bluff, Lio. This is a comic strip character with no dialogue ever, he has only ever been seen and not heard, much as he might like us to think otherwise.

The Little Willie cruelty jokes are almost extinct, nearly forgotten, though they were numerous and notorious once upon a time. But so much is preserved on the internet. They lurk there.

Lio suddenly finds his voice under these circumstances? And uses the convenient giant amps?
