Ghosts don’t feel cold except to you and me. They don’t sleep exactly.

That “transient etheric stasis” happens when there are not enough biological energy to draw on, the same with mechanical energy. Ghosts draw it all in and you feel weak, cold, your watch or phone fails etc. then they manifest in various gradations of energy levels. Up to and including visual appearance, sounds and even alter elements around them. Most are just too weak, too small, too limited to be noticed. “Scary Gary”
