Sadly, that guy reminds me of all farming neighbours I had when I was growing up. They all demanded help from each other, but refused to help anyone else, and then hated everyone for not helping them.

Pretty sure it’s why I grew up to be a communist….

With neighbors like that, (And yes I had snobby uncaring neighbors,) Mike’s Mom doesn’t need enemies!

Ads where the comic strips should be are not funny. I suspect I am only one of many turned off by the companies that think this a smart way to deliver their message.

The ground water is higher on Mom’s land, not lower.

So, they built the old Doonesbury homestead in a swamp. Go figure.
