A solid waste of time

Nelson is saving his allowance for the deluxe bench top cement mixer so that he can up-grade to making concrete rats.

Nothing remotely weird about that. Maybe someone should tell him about PlayDoh.

If he would only quit leaving them everywhere. Old Mrs. Higgenpooder had a mild apoplectic fit when she found one in the pew at St. Mildred’s last Sunday.

When Nelson’s mother told him to make some friends this isn’t what she meant.

To be honest, I wouldn’t mind getting one of those desktop cement mixers. Is that from the Ballard Street Hardware Store?

Each one comes with a real mouse inside.

… I’m a little worried about his methods.

Good first try Nelson, now try cutting back on the water next time.

At first the neighbors were glad Nelson had a mini mixer to further his hobby. Then he started to make Mini Mice and dressing them up as Mini Mouse. Now the whole street is in an uproar as the Disney Lawyers are searching for him high and low.

At least he’s found a hobby. Seems quite happy about it too.

Intriguing.

He offered to make Natalie some overshoes and take her out to the Aquarium. Should we be worried?

Evidently, there is quite the demand for concrete mice on Ballard St. No one knows why and there is a federal grant available to find out.

Please tell me that is his first attempt…

Nelson has fooled many a cat with his concrete mice. They’re starting to avoid his neighborhood now.

It ties in well with Nelson’s profession of feline orthodontist…

but are they wireless?
